I couldn't help but to be impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. I had very brittle and thinning hair but since she has been taking care of my hair I can see a huge difference. Overall, pleasant experience with Karlee. She was friendly, informative, attentive and took her time explaining every step. She educated me on a few things when it comes to curly hair/ products used as well as provided me recommendations which is much appreciated. She listened and I didn’t feel as though my appointment was rushed. Her love and passion for curly hair truly shows. My curls look much healthier, refreshed and defined.

1000 percent life-changing experience. In my entire adult life, I’ve never been satisfied with any curly cut I’ve ever had. Typically I go home and fix it myself. But I literally held back tears after Karlee finished. She was knowledgeable and educated me on my hair—things that I had never really thought about. I was able to follow her instructions at home, and it made a big difference in how I styled my curls and how long I was able to keep my hair down. I have been coming to Karlee for several months now, and I can definitely see the difference in my curls. When I first contacted her, my hair was dry, brittle, and had a lot of breakage. During the consultation, she was very honest about the state of my hair and provided a lot of useful information. I appreciated how she showed me step-by-step what she was doing and asked questions to ensure I understood each process. Now, after several months, I am more comfortable styling my own hair, and the frizz and breakage have significantly decreased since I started my journey.
