Salon Policies
BOOKING//
NEW clients must come with clean hair that has been washed within 72 hours (3 days) of your session.
NEW clients must book online here.
If you are unsure what services you'd like to schedule, secure one of our consultation sessions, or text us before securing your session. Existing clients can text, or book online anytime.
ALL clients are required to add a card on file when booking to secure the session.
Any sessions made before or after normal hours may be available for a fee, upon request.
*Children under the age of 15 may be serviced BY REQUEST ONLY.

Specialty Hours//
Early Bird, After-Hours & Off-Day Appointments
• Early Bird: Any appointment booked before 10:00 AM — $25 fee
• After-Hours: Appointments requested at 6:00 PM or later, or that extend beyond 6:15 PM — $25 fee
• Off-Day: Appointments scheduled on days the salon is typically closed — $45 fee
Availability is limited and requests are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Check-in//
Please arrive and check-in 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Check in using the Vagaro app or at the reception desk once you have arrived, and we will notify you when we are ready for you.
Late Fee//
If you know you will be more than 5 minutes late, please send a message letting me know.
**Any client 10 minutes late or more will be charged a late fee, and may be considered a same day cancellation and need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations//
Appointments cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee of 50% of all scheduled services.
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked services and may require a deposit to reschedule any future sessions.
**Salon Policies may be modified, amended, discharged, changed, or waived only by the Salon.**
